Whether supplying products for resale or goods and services that support our business operations, we look to work with suppliers who bring capability, resilience, innovation and strong commercial delivery. Through strong and well-managed relationships, our suppliers help equip more than 12,500 colleagues to serve over 20 million customers each year. We expect suppliers to support responsible business standards, including ethical trading, environmental stewardship, responsible sourcing, human rights, and safe and fair working practices across the supply chain.

We also expect suppliers to share our commitment to responsible business and to meet the ethical, environmental, social, operational, commercial and compliance standards expected across Halfords. This includes supporting responsible sourcing, fair labour practices, supply chain transparency, environmental improvement and continuous improvement in the way goods and services are delivered.

All supplier opportunities are subject to Halfords’ sourcing and onboarding requirements. This may include a competitive tender or RFX process, assessment of capability, capacity, quality and value, and completion of appropriate due diligence checks before any supplier can work with Halfords. These checks may include review of ethical trading, modern slavery, sustainability, data protection, health and safety, financial standing and other relevant risk areas, depending on the goods or services being supplied.
